The hotel was a little gem for the money! The room was spacious, with a comfortable double bed and spotlessly clean. The staff at reception, Laura and Olga, were incredibly helpful and courteous. The hotel had a cosy and nicely decorated ambiance, which made me feel at home. The daily housekeeping was excellent, and I appreciated the nightly bed turndown service. Another advantage was the safe and cosmopolitan neighborhood, with the train station just a 20-minute walk away. The convenient location allowed me to easily explore Novara and even visit Milan City Centre.
The only negative aspect was the basic breakfast. However, considering the affordability of the hotel, it was still a great convenience to have breakfast included.

Small hotel, friendly staff, very clean, near town centre, good price.
Bathroom very small would be impossible for a large person to use the shower. Internet advertised but does not work in the rooms - many people complaining (windows 7 could be the problem, professional works ok). No wired internet as advertised on website. No English tv channels.

Very central.
Difficult to find, did not expect it to be part of a large building, this should be explained when booking. Also there was no secure parking, our car was parked on a public road.

Spent Easter weekend at a hotel that exceeded my expectations. the spacious and well-appointed rooms with comfortable beds and beautifully decorated corridors were my best aspects. the hotel's location was also a huge bonus, just a short walk from the city center and in a very safe and cosmopolitan neighborhood.
Breakfast was really basic, but for the price you pay, it was acceptable.
